Part 2 - Leading Cadet

Make sure have have first read through the Cadet How to Guide #1 Classification Training and How to Guide #4 Leading Cadet Notebooks

In order to pass your part 2 test you must complete all of the sections the sections below. Each folder contains the Powerpoint lessons and the notebook which you need to fill in. The sections are:

  • Principles of Flight

  • Land Navigation using a Map and Compass

  • Airmanship Knowledge

​

To complete the part 2 course you must take the tests for each section on Ultilearn. These tests are open book and you are allowed to use the notes you have made. Ask your instructor to set up the tests when you are ready.

The CCF (RAF), along with the Air Training Corps (ATC), forms the Air Cadet Organisation (ACO), better known as the Air Cadets.  The CCF (RAF) is the Air Cadets section of the Combined Cadet Force. There are around 200 RAF Sections with approximately 7,800 cadets and 540 adult volunteers. The CCF (RAF) aims to offer an exciting and challenging cadet experience, based around flying and aviation and so inspire young people to learn and develop new skills.
