Blue Badge Leadership

 

  • Navigate to the Blue Badge Leadership/How to Guide #2 - Blue Leadership for instructions

  • On Ultilearn, navigate to Progressive Training Syllabus > Blue Badge Foundation Leadership: SMEAC Briefings and follow the course.

  • Score 75% or more in the Knowledge section of the course.

  • Deliver a SMEAC briefing to a team

Bronze Badge Leadership

​

Navigate to the Bronze Badge Leadership/Learning Resources folder. Study the 4 sections in the course, which are:

  • Introducing Leadership

  • Understanding Leadership

  • Implementing Leadership

  • Delivering Leadership

Successfully complete a 30 minute practical leadership task from the Bronze Exercise pack.

​

Silver Badge Leadership

​

In order to get your silver leadership badge you must successfully complete the SE area cadre in either October or February half term

​

Gold Badge Leadership

​

In order to get your gold leadership badge you must successfully complete the Air Cadet Leadership Course in July/August

ABOUT US >

The CCF (RAF), along with the Air Training Corps (ATC), forms the Air Cadet Organisation (ACO), better known as the Air Cadets.  The CCF (RAF) is the Air Cadets section of the Combined Cadet Force. There are around 200 RAF Sections with approximately 7,800 cadets and 540 adult volunteers. The CCF (RAF) aims to offer an exciting and challenging cadet experience, based around flying and aviation and so inspire young people to learn and develop new skills.
